The lively mousse explodes with fresh apple characters. Made from Chenin Blanc, this sparkling wine has beautiful balance and a long citrus finish. Methode Traditionnelle.
The wine is made according to the "méthode traditionnelle". Aged for 24 to 36 months at a constant temperature of 12°C. Generous bead with great finesse. Pale yellow, shiny and translucid. Lovely Chenin Blanc characters, with aromas of well ripened fruit and hazelzelnut. Supple, fat and complex with a touch of smoke.
