"Bright, fresh, varietal, fruity and enticing bouquet with aromas of fresh white peach and apple flesh, cashew nut butter -oak, there’s a fine limestone and clay mineral quality along with a saline almost seashell quality. As the wine touches the palate with satin textures these are quickly replace with the urgency and power of youthful – acidity and a youthful tautness, textures from fine wood tannins and baking spices of oak. The flavours of white fleshed fruits and citrus emerge to coat the mid palate with a light saline quality and plenty of length. A wine for the cellar just now with best drinking from late 2023 through 2027+." This is a single vineyard wine and presents excellent value! "Medium to full bodied, the palate has good weight with classic citrus fruit flavours. Clean fruit was pressed straight to neutral oak barrels and partial malolactic fermentation means the wine is a crisp, refreshing style. Just 300 doz. cases were made. The depth of flavour make it a very versatile wine to enjoy with just about any food.  It's ideal with roasted white meats such as chicken or turkey, and the citrus flavours will compliment seafood."
