Winemaker Jorge Caus Pertegaz with the assistance of consultant Norrel Robertson Master of Wine, has selected this stunning value Garnacha, Spain’s second most planted variety from mostly non-irrigated vineyards with low yields and blended it with 10% Tempranillo and 5% Monastrell for added flavour complexity.
