Classic, punchy Sauvignon Blanc. The cool vintage has given strong pineapple and cape gooseberry aromatics, which lead on to an intense palate with bright, balanced acidity. The finish is juicy, long and satisfying. Sourced from Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in the Pisa sub-region of Central Otago, located on the gravelly terraces above the Clutha River.
