"Currently delicious, the smooth-flowing 2022 vintage (*****) was estate-grown and hand-harvested from vines over 20 years old at Bannockburn, and matured in French oak casks (25 per cent new).  Full, bright ruby, it is perfumed, mouthfilling and supple, with strong, ripe cherry, plum and spice flavours, a gentle seasoning of nutty oak adding complexity, balanced acidity and a silky-textured, persistent finish."   Best drinking 2027+.
