100% barrel fermented, 100% malolactic fermentation. 7 months barrel aging in 60% American / 40% French oak.

From Monterey, Paso Robles, and Clarksburg.

It's plush and weighty, offering tropical fruit, grilled stone fruit, French vanilla and roasted hazelnut aromas with a lovely butterscotch overtone.
