The only Rosé in New Zealand rated a “Super Classic” by wine writer Michael Cooper, the superb quality of fruit sourced from Terra Sancta’s Felton Road Estate in Bannockburn, Central Otago and intentional winemaking result in an outstanding Rosé. With hallmark bright berry flavours, balance, energy, depth and a dry finish, this is a serious Rosé which is seriously delicious.
"From one vintage to the next, this is one of the country's leading rosés. The 2020 vintage was partly handled in tanks, but over 60 per cent of the blend (the highest proportion yet) was fermented with indigenous yeasts in old oak barrels. Bright pink, it is fresh, vibrant and full-bodied, with unusually deep watermelon, strawberry and spice flavours, a distinct touch of complexity, and a very finely poised, dryish (5.4 grams/litre of residual sugar), long finish. Best drinking mid-2021+." 5 Stars Michael Cooper
