One of our favourite Central Pinot's. Consistency is key here.
Dense, ripe and concentrated pinot noir with cassis, dark cherry, floral/violet and a hint of spice/anise. Vibrant, wine that is deliciously drinkable now but should age well. It opened up as it sat in the glass. (100% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, 30% new.) Bob Campbell 95/100 - Gold
