Blessed with almost perfect ripening conditions throughout spring and summer, and good rainfall plus cool weather allowed the grapes to ripen in a consistent manner leading to stunning levels of acidity and optimum maturity in the red wines. The wines were pressed into stainless steel tanks to complete the malolactic fermentation. A portion of the wine has been kept in tanks for freshness, whilst the other portion was matured in older French oak for 12 months." Winery notes (2022 Vintage)
