This Paritua Stone Paddock Syrah is a bright food friendly wine. The palate is velvety soft while the finish is firm with fine tannins. This wine will benefit from cellaring, drink from now till 2032.

Deep purple-hued black-red colour.  An aroma of blueberry and red cherries with spicy, savoury notes and white pepper.

Elegance and fruit flavours of fresh plum and red cherry, hints of black pepper and a long spicy finish.

"Very bright purple and ruby core colours and pink rim lead to a bouquet and palate filled with scents and flavours of boysenberries and raspberries, red licorice and red currant, some peppery spice and clove qualities. An abundance of tannins and backbone of acidity offer a grand structure and mouthfeel. Well made, youthful still and delicious. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029."
