Intense bouquet of black cherry and hints of balsamic notes. Soft and round palate with aromas of blackberries and plums. A very interesting structure is achieved due to the good balance between the soft tannins and the freshness.

It matches well with game dishes, roasted pork and hard cheeses.

A Mediterranean climate, with significant diversity all year round along the mountain areas, where there is a fresh temperate climate, and the costal areas, where there is a warm temperate climate. In fact, Italy is a peninsula that hosts the highest mountain in Europe (Monte Bianco) and the highest Volcano (Etna)

The grapes are harvested, destemmed and vinified with 15 days of maceration in order to extract colour and structure. The fermentations, alcoholic and malolactic, are made in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature 25/ 27 °C. Winery
