Made with the saignee process from Tempranillo, Syrah and Pinot it underwent a cool ferment after 24 hours on skins, resulting in a fruit forward wine with beautiful colour.  

"Pink hues with a very polished appearance lead to a bouquet of fresh raspberry and cherry, there's white rose scents and a fine mineral gravel complexity. Satin smooth touch on the palate with flavours of red berries and rose turkish delight, a light tropical fruit punch quality and floral tones.
