Age restriction

It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18 in New Zealand. That also applies to anyone who intends to purchase liquor online. The message is clear: anyone under the age of 18 years cannot shop with us and it is against the law to attempt to. By processing an order with us, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18.

Responsibility

At Wine Freedom we firmly believe in promoting a safe and responsible environment that not only sells Alcohol but also supports moderate consumption and a drink responsibly message. 

Minimum order

Wine Freedom’s minimum online order is 6 bottles.

Privacy

Your privacy is also very important to us. Wine Freedom does not store or share with anybody the contact details or purchase info or payment info with any other person or party.

Returns and refunds

If for some reason your order does not meet the required standard, or a wine is corked, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you. It would be appreciated if you were able to inform Wine Freedom of any problems with our wines within 48 hours of receiving them.

Damages

The delivery of your order is insured. Once the customer has signed for the receipt of the courier delivery, and any goods that are damaged or stolen post-delivery are not covered.

Out of stocks

In the unusual event we are out of stock of an item you’ve ordered Wine Freedom will communicate this as soon as possible. Then you can confirm if you would like your money back on the item(s), a replacement or possibly wait until it is back in stock.
