Founded in 1808, the Rhone icon Maison M. Chapoutier has undergone a recent rejuvenation that is nothing short of astonishing. They are the only vintner to hold land in all the major Rhone appellations from the far north to Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the South.

Balance is the golden rule with the Chapoutier Pays d'Oc Rosé. The musts undergo very little racking, in order to develop the wine's volume, yet maintain its freshness.

100% pressed rosé, its floral on the nose and clean on entry. Ideal for an aperitif, or accompanying a number of summer style dishes.

"A bright, rose petal colour in the glass with lovely floral and fresh red berry aromas. The wine is cleanly flavoured on entry, with a nice balance of acidity enhanced by notes of white-fleshed fruit.

The Grenache is grown on clay with limestone soils mainly facing East, while the Cinsault is planted on the plain in predominantly sandy soils. The grapes are picked at maturity in order to combine freshness and fruitiness." Winery

"Pristine and delicate, the bouquet shows raspberry, Gala apple, and lemon peel nuances, leading to a finely flowing palate that's focused and lingering. Well supported by beautifully integrated acidity, making it refreshing and immediately appealing. At its best: now to 2027." 5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, May 2026 (2025 Vintage)
