70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. NATURAL WINE: So no additional sulphite is used at any point in the process and the grapes are hand selected to allow only healthy grapes. Furthermore, classical and temperature controlled fermentation. No sulfites are used in bottling either. Drink young.
