New kid on the Central Otago block but one to watch.
"This vibrant pinot gris offers ripe pear and white flowers on the nose, and a rich and lively palate of pear and nectarine in an opulent finish. Hand harvested from our small pocket of pinot gris vines on our vineyard in Mount Pisa, Central Otago. The grapes were whole bunch pressed over 4 hours and fermentation took place at 15 to 19 degrees Celsius. The wine was aged on the lees for 3 months to add texture and flavour, and was made in a slightly off-dry style to enhance fruitiness and texture. Winery
