The Ihumātao Vineyard is nestled within an ancient volcanic crater on the edge of the Manukau Harbour. With a focus on minimal handling, this site has consistently produced fine, complex and ageworthy Chardonnay since 2005. 2022 is the final vintage from our Ihumatao vineyard.
