Seriously, this is one of the greatest wine styles in the world.  Just sit back and sip, smile and savour.  The Sandeman Fine Tawny is a great introduction to a truly historic and rewarding choice. Unfortunately in NZ, the Government takes its share of the cost with tax but it still offers great value.  No need to finish the bottle as you can just leave it in the fridge till next time and there will always be a next time.
