The Saint-Esprit's deep color has a dark, plum-like hue. The nose is classic Syrah, with berry fruit, violet and licorice. It has a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins, making it a unique wine in the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation.

Saint-Esprit pairs well with Provençale-style cuisine, stuffed tomatoes and eggplant, mixed grills and barbecue.

The cuvée “Saint-Esprit” comes from a small valley which nestles in the northern part of the Ardèche. The vineyards are planted on granite, south-facing slopes near the villages of Saint-Julien and-Saint-Alban. Syrah (majority) and Grenache (approximately 10%).  

"Classic, fruity, dry, textured and delicious. A wine with core flavours of spiced and fresh plums, an earthy soil qualities and textured from tannin and leesy flinty seams. Medium+ weighted with some sweetness from the use of oak, an abundance of tannins, fine with lots of polish, then crunch and freshness from the acid line.
